Filming Location Request Form
In order to make the process of obtaining filming permits easier,
FAME has developed a general Filming Location Request Form.
Those interested in filming on location on the South Shore may
download and complete the form. The form will then be
forwarded to the appropriate town office for review.
Town officials will be in contact with the production company in
order to complete the permitting process.
